Muhammad Usman holds a BS in Physics from International Islamic University, Islamabad, and is completing an MS in Biomedical Engineering there. His published research, in Elsevier's Physica E, looks at enhancing the energy storage properties of cobalt ferrite nanocomposites.

Usman has more than five years of experience teaching Physics and Biology to O Level, IGCSE and A Level students and to SSC and HSSC classes of the Federal Board, Punjab Board and KPK Board. He teaches Physics at The Educators and has taught online for Lucas Tutors and Azka Online Tutors, preparing UK- and US-based students for Cambridge, Edexcel and AQA exams. Earlier roles include Instructor and Lab Assistant at New Era School System, and Physics Lecturer at Steps School & Concordia College and at Modern Language School & College. He also teaches Mathematics to Grades 9 to 12.
